Had a modern and extremely spacious room with free sparkling water inside, view to via Frattina, twin beds, and I couldn't ask for more. A hairdryer, a bidet, and complimentary toiletries were very handy. The location was the best and exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a vibrant and elegant square.

This quiet and clean hotel is perfectly located to explore the city center, just right off the main shopping street and close to Spagna metro station. the rooms are modern with plenty of hot water in the well, detailed bathrooms. the staff is very helpful, and the bed is comfortable. guests can enjoy complimentary bar fridge and quality WiFi in the room.

There are some issues with check, in and the noise from outside might bother guests who are noise, sensitive.

The Christmas decorations in the lobby really made the atmosphere festive and cheerful. the hotel offered complimentary hot chocolate and mulled wine which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining areas.

The walls in the room were very thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking and moving around all night which made it difficult to sleep. the bathroom was quite small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to use.
